Kristi Yamaguchi to Host McDonald's Tribute

Kristi Yamaguchi is hosting the McDonald's Tribute on Ice at the Galen Center at the University of Southern California. The show takes place on October 3 and airs on November 16.

The world-class cast of skaters includes 2006 Olympic silver medalist Sasha Cohen, two-time (2007-08) U.S. champion Evan Lysacek, 2008 U.S. champion Mirai Nagasu, 2006 world and 2007 U.S. champion Kimmie Meissner, 2008 world champion Jeffrey Buttle, two-time (2004, '06) U.S. pair champion Rena Inoue and John Baldwin, five-time (2004-04) U.S. ice dancing champions Tanith Belbin and Ben Agosto, 2007 U.S. silver medalist Ryan Bradley and 2007 U.S. bronze medalist Alissa Czisny.

Great lineup - but too bad Yamaguchi isn't going to get on the ice (or at least ballroom dance)! The event will include tributes to the participants' families, and is airing a bit before World Children's Day® at McDonald's, which raises money for Ronald McDonald House charities.
