French President Nikolas Sarkozy is being used to promote German television station ntv, according to blog France Today. The only problem is they photoshopped his face onto a figure skater's body. He looks good. Can't say I completely understand the campaign, but it sounds like the point is that you will not only get politics, but sports too and everything in between:

"From the Elysée to ice skating" and the caption underneath reading "Ntv viewers don't just get the most important political and business news, but also exciting reports and documentaries - in fact everything you need to be able to join in the discussion."

The blog ruminates on whether Sarkozy, who has not been shy about suing companies for misuse of his image, will somehow sue the German television station for the same reason. We'll see....
