PrintPer icenetwork, Emily Hughes has withdrawn from Nationals with an ankle injury. I wonder if she keeps suffering injuries leading up to nationals because her training during the rest of the year is not up to snuff, but that's just a complete guess. With all the other injuries we've seen, it would appear that that is just the state of figure skating right now.
