And the Frustrations Begin..

After a whole two weeks of working, Icenetwork pretended this morning that I have not purchased a season pass. Awesome. Anyone else have this problem? Sadly I do not have time to call Icenetwork as I am going away but hopefully the problem will be better soon!

Did you try logging out and logging back in? It occasionally does that for me but signing out and back in always solves it.

Did you save the email form when you registered? I had this problem a while back. Turns out I had two different logins and I was usiong the wrong one. Checked the email from when I registered and saw the ID was different used that ID and I got in.

Not sure if that is you problem but thought I would share.

Bummer, last season I would occassionally have “blackout” problems and have to call with my IP address. However, I found their tech support is not 24/7 and definitely NOT weekends. When most of the competitions are on weekends. Emailing seems to get a better response over the weekends. Good luck!

Sometimes it says I’m in a blackout region when I’m not.

Thanks for the advice, everyone! I am assuming I might have to give them my IP address or something. I’ll call tomorrow if I can:( I guess for now I can try youtube!
