I was tipped off by @PattieGillett and by Axels, Loops and Spins that Russians Oksana Domnina and Maxim Shabalin have withdrawn from Rostelecom Cup and perhaps NHK Trophy. Does anyone know why? I have not been able to find any information on this, but here is an updated roster for the event from @sarahanddrew. Too many links for such a short post.
