The examiner found that Daniel Kerrigan's windpipe was damaged in the fight with the son and that he died of cardiac dysrhythmia. Kerrigan's family disputes the findings, according to the New York Times. The Times also reports that Mark Kerrigan is currently undergoing a psychiatric evaluation.
