Samuelson and Bates Switch Coaches

American Olympian ice dancers Emily Samuelson and Evan Bates are switching coaches to Igor Shpilband and Marina Zoueva, who coach Olympic gold medalists Virtue and Moir and silver medalists Davis and White, according to USA Today.  I assume this is a good move for the American pair who still lack a bit of maturity and style but are obviously hoping to continue climbing the world ranks.  I really feel like Shpilband and Zoueva's teams were heads and tails better than everyone else this year (of course, that has to do with the athletes as much as the coaches, I'm sure!).  Samuelson and Bates are leaving their coaches of ten years, Yuri Chesnichenko and Yaroslava Nechaeva.  Samuelson and Bates already trained in Michigan so they won't have to relocate out of state (note: Added "out of state" part, as they will be switching rinks) I assume.
