But she's not sure when... Figure Skaters Online reports that national champion Rachael Flatt has chosen to attend Stanford University in California. Stanford is the alma mater of Debi Thomas. Flatt is not sure if she'll attend this fall after she graduates from high school. Congrats to Flatt! She was accepted to all of the schools she applied to except Harvard and Duke.
