Haven't had too much to post but there have indeed been a lot of articles in the press about the skaters and their prep for worlds and the like.  Here are a few:

Yu-na Kim is in Korea training.  She went to help with the Olympic bid but has had to do her final worlds prep there as well.  Her coach, Peter Oppegard, has arrived.  I'm not going to lie, I am ridiculously excited to see Kim at worlds.  So very happy she will be there.

An article about how Rachael Flatt doesn't take it easy like other skaters have this season (that is what the article says).  Flatt is likely representing the Broadmoor Skating Club for the final time at worlds...she will be looking to change to a new club as she starts school at Stanford later this year.

Alexe Gilles has left the Broadmoor Skating Club and will train in Detroit with Yuka Sato and Jason Dungjen.  Do coaches ever turn anyone down?  I can see why Gilles needs a change, though.

Kristi Yamaguchi's Dream Big, Little Pig! children's book debuted at number two on the New York Times list of best-sellers.

And a skater benefit for Japan:

Skaters Care, which I believe has been organized by Sean Rabbitt and is funded in part by American Airlines, the Glacier Falls Figure Skating Club, and Citizens Business Bank Arena.  Performers include Courtney Hicks, Jeremy Abbott, and Caroline Zhang.
