Canada's Vanessa Crone and Paul Poirier, who started last season very well but fizzled a bit towards the end, have decided to end their ten-year partnership. They represented Canada at the 2010 Olympics.
Poirier hopes to continue ice dancing and is currently studying linguistics at the University of Toronto. Crone may take a seniors test (in singles, I guess) and may coach and go to college.
Crone and Poirier had their highest worlds finish in 2010 when they placed seventh.
